Coaches

Coaches will have FREE access to the floor with a current USA Wrestling Coaches Certification Card

Admission for Coaches: $10.00
Admission for Bronze Certified Coaches: FREE

Format: Folkstyle 1st; Freestyle then Greco

Two certified coaches maximum allowed in each competitor's corner to coach.

All coaches that wish to gain access to the competition floor to coach athletes must have a current USA Wrestling Coaches Card.

Time Periods

Folkstyle:
PeeWee, Bantam, Intermediate and Novice 1-1-1
Schoolboy/Girl 1.5-1.5-1.5
Cadet, Junior and Senior 2.0-2.0-2.0

Freestyle & Greco:
All 2:00 minute periods for all age groups.

:30 second rule for consolation matches does not apply

15-minute rest period between matches apply

Headgear:
USA Wrestling does not require headgear for Freestyle/Greco or Folkstyle at local events and only requires it for Schoolboy and under ages at Regional/National events.

Weight Allowance:

There will be no 2 pound allowance per USA , andrestling rules.

Consolation:
:30 Seconds cut off the first period only.
