1.  The "Bracket Data" worksheet is the master data sheet for the tournament.  Any and all changes must be made       
           on this worksheet. All the other worksheets are populated from this master data sheet.  Double check this data!!!
     A.  All changes and corrections must be made on the "Bracket Data" worksheet before any bracketing can begin.
          Changes will include new signups, weight changes, and "2nd chance" registrations.  After weigh-ins are complete
          make the necessary changes which will include removing the "no shows", combining classes with small numbers. 
          and eliminating all single wrestler brackets. (move up a weight & or age)
     B.  After all the changes are complete, push the "Sort, Page Break" button to insert page breaks between each weight.
2.  The "Wrestlers -Match" worksheet will automatically populate from the "Bracket Data" worksheet.
     A.  Update the "Tornament Name" by placing the correct text in cells B1,G1, & T1.     
     B.  The only cells that are unprotected are the cells used for assigning mats.
     C.  Select the number of mats that will be used during the tournament in cell U38.
     D.  Increase the number of matches per mat for the 6 yrs olds and decrease the 18 yrs old age when scheduling mats. 
     E.  Note: Most 2-man round robin brackets will not have to wrestle all 3 matches. (scheduled mats accordingly)  
3.  The "Match Summary"" worksheet will automatically populate using data after the mats are assigned.  
     A.  Push the "Sort Mat Button" to sort data and apply page breaks automatically.
     B.  The data is sorted in the following order: Mat ( B2 Ascending) - Bracket Size (E2 Descending) - Weight (C2 Ascending)
           Note: Change E2 Descending to Ascending if small brackets wrestle first. (Tools->macro->edit)
     C.  After the data is sorted, copy & paste each group (by mat number) on the "mat locator" worksheet.  
     D.  Note: To reset page breaks - Place the cursor in cell B1 > Insert menu > Reset all page breaks 
4.  The "Mat Locater" worksheet should be used to determine the size and order of the brackets on each mat. 
     Copy and past the data from the "Match Summary" worksheet to the correct cells on this worksheet. 
     The first bout number of each round will automatically populate on this worksheet..  Print a copy of the "mat locator" 
     and use it for numbering each bracket. (Place the numbers in the header row of the correct bracket)
5.  The "Wall Printout" worksheet will automatically populate using data after the mats are assigned. Several copies of 
     this worksheet should be printed and posted for wrestlers to determine which mat they will use during the tournament. 
6.  The "Completed Matches" worksheet should be used during the tournament for recording score clock numbers each hour.
     It will automatically list the remaining matches for each mat. A"match move" sheet is included for announcement purposes.
7.  The "Placers" worksheet should be used for final results of each bracket.  Copy and paste the bracket data onto this worksheet.
     and remove the "points" column.  As brackets are completed, enter the results for the winning wrestlers.  Delete the nonplacing
     wrestlers from each age / weight group.  After completing the worksheet, sort by age - weight - place (ascending)
      To turn on or off page break preview ( large page number) in the middle of pages.
       View, "Normal" instead of "Page Break Preview" to turn off page break preview
       View, "Page Break Preview"  to turn on preview and see large page number
       To Reset Page Breaks
       Select all cells (Ctrl+A)  Insert menu --> Reset all Page Breaks 
       To turn off the Display of Page Break lines once you've been in Print Preview:
       Tools --> Options --> View --> (uncheck) Page Breaks,
       To apply "page breaks"  on bracket data worksheet   
       Tools --> Macro --> Macros --> Bracketdatapagebreak -->Run   
       To "sort mats"  on match summary worksheet   
       Tools --> Macro --> Macros --> Matchsummarysortmats -->Run   
       Note: If formulas or calculations don’t seem to work check "calculation" setting.
                Tools --> Options --> Calculations --> Automatic    
       Note: If "page break preview" wont add pages,    
                File --> Page setup  --> Sheet --> Increase row numbers    
       Note: If a worksheet fails to open and displays a dialoge box "File not found"   
      Click on the worksheet --> Ctrl+F find and search for the text file listed in the "file not found" dialoge box.
       Note: If a range of cells has been formatted as text and is sorted incorrectly, apply a numeric format to the values,
and then convert the text to numbers by using the Paste Special command (Edit menu).
In a blank cell, enter the number 1. Copy the cell that contains the number 1.  Select the cells for which you
changed the format. On the Edit menu, click Paste Special. Then under Operation, click Multiply.
Note: If the bracket data seems wrong or not updated after entering a new wrestler, click the "sort data" button
and the "fix columns" button.
