                     NO WEIGHT ALLOWANCE FOR 6, 8, 10, or 12 & UNDER

ON-LINE - $38.00 when you register on-line, last day for on-line registration is Monday, December 29, 2008 at Midnight, no exceptions

A $5 discount will be given to participants who register 30 days prior to the scheduled events deadline.

Confirmation WILL NOT be given by phone. Those who register on-line will receive a Track Wrestling number which becomes your account number. ON-LINE registration via the Internet is the only method of online pre-registration! For proof of registration, all participants are encouraged to bring a hard copy of their paid receipt to weigh-ins.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Late registrations will be accepted at weigh-ins but will pay $50.00. Wrestlers are expected to make their pre-registered weight class. If you do not make your pre-registered weight class, you may pay a "second-chance" registration fee. The Bracketing Director reserves the right to refuse re-bracketing changes if they are a hindrance to the tournament start times. We are giving wrestlers a "second-chance" to wrestle, and it is a benefit to those wrestlers who may have traveled and not made the pre-registered weight. RMN encourages all WRESTLERS to MAKE THE WEIGHT!

You may change your weight right up until the deadline at midnight December 28th!
RMN Event’s new tournament registration system now allows registrants the convenience of making weight changes for registered wrestlers up until the registration deadline.  You must use the password you registered with, and the invoice number you received at the time you registered in order to access your registration.

Coaches Bands

Coaches Band: Coaches receive one-free coaches band for a team of five wrestlers or more. Wrestlers must be pre-registered under the same team name in order to qualify. Those that qualify for a free band must pick them up at weigh ins, NO Complimentary Coaches Bands will be available after weigh-ins. Coaches will have to show I. D. to receive their bands. RMN Events is not responsible to teams once the coach shows proper I. D. and signs for the Coaches Bands. To assist Coaches, this is only offered as a token of appreciation to Coaches. You do not have to bring a team of five, it only rewards the Coaches who have taken the time to coordinate this effort. Up to (4) free Coaches Bands are allowed. Coaches who have less than five-wrestlers may purchase them. Coaches Bands cover admission, mat side privileges & coaching privileges. The price for one Coaches band is $25.00

PLEASE NOTE: Those coaches who qualify and have used a satellite weigh-in

may pick up their "Free" bands at the admission window on Saturday morning

Awards Trophies 1st thru 3rd, and medals 4th thru 6th. Outstanding Wrestler Award presented in each competitive age group. Team Trophies based on submitted team roster due January 3, 2009, before 1st round begins, no exceptions. Up to 14 wrestlers may be submitted for team trophies in age groups 6-12, and for age group 15 and Under, and all star. Clubs may enter more than one team. Proof of Age State issued BIRTH CERTIFICATE required in case of protest or if requested by Tournament Director(s). Additionally, the 18 & Under age group implies that you are a high school eligible wrestler. The most current REPORT CARD is required in case of protest or if requested by Tournament Director(s). The charge to file an age group protest is $25 and will be refunded if protest prevails.
CHSAA Rules

CHSSA Rules: This event is not held during the National Federation of high school

non-contact rule.
CHSAA has stated that wrestlers may participate under the following guidelines:

1. Coaches  are not allowed to make this event mandatory for their wrestler(s)

3. Wrestlers are not allowed to represent their high school

4. High Schools are not allowed to pay for registration fee.

5. Coaches are allowed to coach their wrestler as the No-Contact rule was completed on January 2, 2009.

No eligibility. points are counted against any Colorado high school wrestler who competes at the Who's Bad? National Classic under these provisions.

Time Periods Age Groups: 6 & 8: 1-1-1
                     10, 12 & 15: 1.5-1.5-1.5
                     18: 2-2-2
                     Open Division: 1.5-1.5-1.5
Consolation: :30 seconds cut off from the 1st period only.
